FlowerWatch is committed to a high-quality service in quality control, cold chain analysis, vase life test, facility audit, training, and research projects by continuously improving client service, human resource management and company operations by:

  1. Recognising, understanding, and evaluating customer needs and trying to improve customer satisfaction and the expectations of partners and regulatory bodies.

  2. Delivering effective, practical and insightful training to build capability across the flower value chain.

  3. Maintain efficient, transparent and customer-focused commercial services to meet the expectations of the clients.    

  4. Top management will provide adequate resources, training and governance that support compliance, security and operational excellence through an effective QMS.

  5. Each employee will be made aware of the importance of and the contents of this document and encouraged to contribute to the success of the quality management system and processes.

  6. Promote innovation, teamwork and a culture of integrity for continuous improvement of the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

  7. FlowerWatch aspires to widen its market share by creating impact throughout the supply chain, right from the grower, freight forwarder, ground handler, airline, importer, and supermarket. This way, we believe, will lead to an efficient and excellent supply chain by the next decade.

The above goals are completed with an effective and efficient company quality management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and all the relevant Statutory and regulatory requirements.
